Getting Started
How long does setup take?
Most clients are fully live within 5-7 business days. We handle all the configuration, testing, and deployment. You'll do one 30-minute kickoff call with us, and we take it from there.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. We work with your existing business phone number. Calls forward to our AI system and route back to your team when needed. Your customers won't notice any change — except that someone always answers.
What happens during the kickoff call?
We'll go through your current lead sources, phone setup, services offered, service area, and scheduling preferences. This gives us everything we need to configure your AI system. After that, we handle the build — you don't need to do anything until we're ready to go live.
Pricing & Contracts
What does it cost?
Plans start at $997/month. Every package includes setup, configuration, ongoing optimization, and monthly reporting. No setup fees. We'll scope the right package for your business on the call.
Is there a contract?
We offer flexible terms that we'll discuss during your scoping call. We want this to work for both of us — if the results aren't there, we'll work with you.
Are there any additional fees beyond the monthly price?
Your monthly fee covers everything we build and manage. The only additional costs are usage-based fees from third-party services like Twilio (for call and SMS volume), which are billed at their standard rates. We'll estimate these costs during your revenue audit so there are no surprises.
How It Works
How do I know it's working?
You'll receive a monthly performance report showing exactly how many leads were captured, how many were converted to booked jobs, and the estimated revenue recovered. No guesswork.
What if a caller needs to talk to a real person?
The AI is trained to recognize when a caller needs a live person — emergencies, complex situations, or explicit requests to speak to someone. In those cases, it transfers the call directly to your team. Outside business hours, it captures the caller's info and schedules a callback for the next business day.
Will my customers know they're talking to AI?
The AI introduces itself by your business name and handles conversations naturally. Most callers don't realize they're not talking to a receptionist. If asked directly, the AI discloses that it's an automated assistant — we believe in transparency.
Integrations & Compatibility
What if I already use ServiceTitan / Housecall Pro / Jobber?
We integrate with your existing field service management software. Our systems feed leads and booked appointments directly into the tools your team already uses.
Do I need a website for this to work?
Not for the core package. AI voice answering, missed-call text-back, and lead follow-up all work through your phone number. For the website chat and Google Business Profile integration (Growth plan), you'll need a website — and if you don't have one, we can help with that too.
Will this work for my specific trade?
If you're a home service business that gets inbound calls and books appointments, this system will work for you. We currently serve roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general contracting, dental, and veterinary businesses. If your industry isn't listed, book a call and we'll tell you if it's a fit.
