Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: May 1, 2026
Our commitment
Ignitvio is committed to making our website accessible to people of all abilities, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, magnifiers, voice recognition software, or keyboard-only navigation. We work to provide an inclusive experience that meets the needs of our customers and the local-service businesses we partner with.
Conformance target
We target conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice and most international accessibility regulations.
We do not use accessibility overlay widgets (such as UserWay or AccessiBe). Independent research, federal regulators, and the disability community have found these tools do not deliver the compliance they advertise. Instead, we build accessibility into our code directly.
How we test
Our accessibility process has three layers:
- Automated checks on every deploy. Every change to ignitvio.com is scanned with axe-core (an open-source rule engine maintained by Deque Systems) before it goes live. Critical and serious WCAG 2.1 AA violations block the deploy.
- Manual review on key templates. We periodically test our highest-traffic pages with keyboard-only navigation and screen reader software (NVDA, VoiceOver) to catch issues that automation cannot detect.
- Responsive remediation. When a user reports a barrier, we treat it as a priority and aim to respond within five business days.
Known limitations
No website is perfectly accessible. Areas where we are actively improving:
- Color contrast on a small number of legacy components (in remediation)
- Embedded third-party content (maps, scheduling widgets, video players) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA — we provide alternative contact methods (phone and email) where this applies
- PDF reports and downloads predating 2026-01-01 may not be fully accessible — newer materials are produced with accessibility in mind
Feedback and reporting barriers
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on ignitvio.com — anything that prevents you from finding information or completing a task — please tell us. Your feedback helps us prioritize fixes.
Please include the page URL, what you were trying to do, the assistive technology you were using (if any), and a description of the issue.

Compatibility
ignitvio.com is designed to be compatible with the latest two major versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, on both desktop and mobile, used with assistive technologies such as VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack, and Dragon NaturallySpeaking.
Formal complaints
We aim to resolve accessibility concerns directly. If you are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with us, U.S. residents may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division.
