B2B Companies Above $3M/Year

Free Pipeline Audit

We pull a sample prospect list and a trigger map for your metro: the buildings, companies, and decision-makers in a buying window right now, surfaced by permits, building sales, contract renewal dates, and personnel changes.

Then we run a lead response audit on your inbound, so you see both sides of the pipeline: the opportunities you could be calling on, and the ones already trying to reach you.

Owners tell us the same story: they paid for meetings, drove to the walkthrough, and the person across the table had no idea who they were meeting, had only said yes to stop the calls, or could not sign anything, and the invoice came anyway. Most of them are the only one selling, with no time to prospect between running the crew. The audit shows you, before any money changes hands, whether your metro has enough real buying windows to get in front of the right people.

Free. Zero obligation. The list stays yours either way.

What You Get

Four Things, Built for Your Territory

Two of them show you the outbound opportunity in your metro. One tests your inbound. The last one is a straight answer on fit.

Sample Prospect List

A working sample of companies in your metro that match a commercial ICP for your trade: property type, facility size, the decision-maker title that actually buys, and the contact we would call first. Enough to judge what a full program would run on.

Trigger Map

The buying signals firing in your territory right now, laid out by source: building permits, zoning approvals, building sales and lease events, contract renewal dates, and personnel changes at the accounts that matter. Each one is a reason to call this month instead of next year.

Lead Response Audit

We mystery-shop your inbound the way a property manager or facility director would: a real form submission, a business-hours call, and an after-hours call, each timed and logged. You see exactly what a prospect experiences when they reach out to you.

A Fit Read

A straight answer on whether outbound can hit a written qualified-meeting minimum in your market, based on trigger volume and the size of your ICP there. If the numbers say no, the audit says no, and we point you somewhere more useful.

Part Two of the Audit

The Lead Response Audit on Your Inbound

Outbound fills a calendar. Inbound is where the deals you already earned go to get lost. So the second half of the audit tests your own front door with the same rigor we put into your prospect list. Three touches, all logged with timestamps and the exact response we received.

Touch 1

Your website form

We submit a real request through your quote or contact form and start the clock. Time to first human reply, who replied, what they said, and whether a second attempt ever came.

Touch 2

Your main line, business hours

We call the number on your site during the workday. Live answer, voicemail, or a phone tree, and how long it took to reach someone who could actually help a commercial buyer.

Touch 3

After hours

We call again after close. What a facility director with a Friday-night problem or a Saturday walkthrough would hear, and whether anyone follows up on Monday.

In our national lead response study we submitted real inquiries to 1,824 local businesses and tracked what happened. 68.5% never responded within a day, and 88% quit after a single attempt. Your report shows where your company lands against that baseline and which step in the sequence dropped the ball.

The outbound program is what we sell. Inbound capture (after-hours answering, missed-call text-back, speed-to-lead) is the supporting layer that keeps the inquiries and meetings a program generates from leaking. If the lead response audit turns up gaps, the report shows how to close them. If it turns up nothing, good, and the report says so.

Who It Is For

B2B Companies Above $3M a Year

Companies that sell contract, project, or recurring commercial work, where one won account is worth five or six figures over its life. That is the model the sample list and trigger map are built around, and it is where a dedicated caller working trigger data pays for itself. We run the program in these trades:

Where the audit is a weaker fit

Companies selling one-off residential work, or running well under $3M a year, usually get more from our published playbooks than from this audit, because at that size a dedicated caller outruns delivery capacity. If you sit between lanes, book the fit call and we will tell you which side you land on. Every program on the lead generation hub starts with that same honest read.

How It Works

Three steps. One short form. Nothing to install and no login to hand over.

1

Tell us your trade and territory

Thirty seconds on the form below. Trade, company, website, and two rough numbers about your inbound. We take your metro and service area from your website.

2

We build the list and test the inbound

We pull the sample prospect list and trigger map for your territory, then mystery-shop your website form, main line, and after-hours response, timed and logged.

3

You get the audit and a fit read

Within five business days you have the list, the trigger map, the lead response findings, and a straight read on whether outbound can hit a written meeting minimum in your market. Walk through it live on a 15-minute call if you want to.

Request Your Free Pipeline Audit

Every field on the form does a job. Here is what each one feeds.

Your trade and website scope the sample list, the ICP we filter for, and the trigger sources we pull for your metro.

Your website form and main line are what we mystery-shop for the lead response audit. Nothing else gets tested.

The two inbound numbers shape the fit read. Best guesses are fine; we verify them against what the audit finds.

The list stays yours

Nobody at Ignitvio calls, emails, or messages the companies on your sample list. It is built for you, whether or not we ever work together. Outreach only happens inside a signed program, from a dedicated caller assigned to your account. That caller is a US-based person trained on your trade, never a call center and never an AI dialer, and every meeting they set goes to you for approval before it counts.

Free. Zero obligation. Delivered by email within five business days.

Pipeline Audit Questions, Answered Straight

The things owners ask before they hand over a website URL and a phone number.

Is the pipeline audit really free?
Yes. No card, no commitment, and no pitch meeting required to get it. We run the audit and email you the results. Some owners go on to book a fit call about the outbound program, and some just use the list. Both are fine with us.
How long does it take?
Most audits go out within five business days. The lead response audit alone needs a business-hours window and an after-hours window, and the list pull depends on how fresh the permit and transaction data is in your metro that week.
What happens after I get it?
You read it. If the fit read says outbound can hit a written qualified-meeting minimum in your market and you want to talk about it, book a 15-minute fit call and we size the program for your ICP and territory. If the fit read says no, the audit is still yours to keep, and we point you to the playbooks that make more sense for your situation.
Do you contact or spam the prospects on my list?
No. The sample list and trigger map are built for you, and nobody at Ignitvio calls, emails, or messages the companies on it. Outreach only ever happens inside a signed program, from a dedicated caller assigned to your account, working from qualification criteria you approved.
Is it a person cold calling, or is it AI?
A person. Inside a program, your account gets a dedicated US-based caller trained on your trade and your talk track, one caller to one client. No AI dialing, and no call center rotating whoever is free that day. During the audit itself nobody calls anyone on your list; the list pull and trigger map are desk research, and the only calls we place are the mystery-shop calls to your own main line.
What name and number do you call from? Are you calling under my business name?
Yours. In a program the caller introduces themselves as business development for your company, dials from a local number, and emails from a domain you own. Ignitvio is never mentioned to a prospect. The exact name, number, and email are set with you during onboarding, so nothing goes out that you have not signed off on. During the audit, no calls or emails go to anyone on your list.
The accounts that get closed, are they your property or ours?
Yours. Every contract, contact, and account a program produces belongs to you, and so does the data behind it: the sample list and trigger map from this audit, and every list, note, and call record after that. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it.
Will you work with my competitor in the same city?
No. Programs run one client per vertical per metro, and that exclusivity is written into the agreement, so the buildings and decision-makers on your trigger map are not being worked by us for another shop in your trade. If your trade in your metro is already spoken for, the fit read says so plainly.
What do you need from me?
The form above: your trade, company name, website, phone number, and rough guesses at two inbound numbers. We do not need CRM access, a login to anything, or a call with you before the audit ships. We take your metro and service area from your website; if you cover more than one, reply to the audit email and we adjust.
Is this a sales call in disguise?
The audit ships by email with no call attached. The only conversation we ask for is optional: a 15-minute walkthrough if you want to go through the findings together. We tell you plainly whether we think outbound fits your market, including when the answer is no.

Already Sold on Outbound?

Skip the Audit and Book the Fit Call

Fifteen minutes. We size a qualified-meeting minimum for your ICP and territory, walk through how the dedicated caller, cold email, and trigger data work together, and you decide from there. If outbound is a poor fit for your market, we say so on the call. The qualified-meeting minimum goes in writing, every meeting is approved by you before it counts, and the refund on the build fee is written into the contract.
