Ignitvio is a small outbound team that books qualified sales meetings for commercial contractors and B2B companies. The engine is a dedicated SDR on one client's account, trigger data that says who to call and why, and cold email that gets answered. We are hiring the people who run it, sell it, and manage it. If you like work where the result shows up on a calendar the same week, keep reading.
Three things that are different here, whichever role you are in.
One Account, Not a Queue
An SDR here works a single client's market and learns that client's trade, talk tracks, and proof. Nobody gets plugged into whatever campaign is short on bodies. The client knows your name, and you know their buildings.
The Data Does the Aiming
Before anyone dials, a list has already been cut from thousands of companies down to the few dozen with a live trigger: a permit, a building sale, a new facilities director, a service agreement coming due. You call people who have a reason to talk this month.
Measured on Quality, Not Volume
A meeting counts when it passes the client's criteria and the client approves it. SDRs are not paid on meetings that miss the criteria, so nobody is rewarded for booking a yes that cancels on Tuesday. That rule protects the client, and it protects your name with the buyers you call every day.
Open Roles
These are the roles we are hiring for right now. Pick the one closest to your background and apply below. If none of them fit and you still think you belong here, apply anyway and tell us why.
Remote (U.S.)Phone-first
Customer-Facing SDR
Dedicated Caller on One Client Account
The voice of one client's outbound program. You call facilities directors, property managers, and general contractors in a single metro, work the trigger list, and book meetings the client approves. You also face the client directly: weekly syncs, meeting handoffs, and the questions that come up in between. Cold email and LinkedIn run alongside you, so the phone is where you spend your day.
What you would do
Work a trigger-built list by phone, with email and LinkedIn touches in support
Book meetings that pass the client's criteria, and hand each one off with context on the building, the trigger, and the buyer
Run the weekly sync with your client and log what you learned on every call
You might be a fit if
You have run outbound by phone before and can describe the last deal you sourced. Thick skin, curiosity about how buildings get built and serviced, and the discipline to follow up past the first attempt.
You sell Ignitvio. Owners of commercial contracting and B2B companies book a fit call, and you run it: qualify the market honestly, size the meeting minimum, walk them through the program, and get the agreement signed. You are also the one who tells an owner no when the math for their deal size does not work.
What you would do
Run fit calls with owners and sales leaders, and qualify hard: deal size, trigger volume in their metro, room to onboard new accounts
Build the proposal around a written qualified-meeting minimum and close it
Hand every signed client to onboarding with the notes the SDR and GTM team need on day one
You might be a fit if
You have closed B2B services or software to owner-operators and can talk about the deals you walked away from as easily as the ones you won. Comfortable with a short cycle and a program you have to explain in plain words.
You decide who we call and why. You read planning-board minutes, permit feeds, building-sale records, and personnel changes, turn them into a short, verified list the SDR can trust, and own the launch plan for each new client market: the vertical, the metro, the triggers that matter, and the sequence that runs against them.
What you would do
Track permits, zoning approvals, building sales, renewal windows, and leadership changes across each client metro
Verify decision makers and contact data so the SDR never dials a dead number
Own the go-to-market plan for every new client: trigger map, list build, channel mix, and the first 30 days of targets
You might be a fit if
You read the public record for fun and notice what changed. Spreadsheet fluency, a habit of verifying before you publish, and enough commercial sense to argue for which fifty companies deserve a call this month.
You run the team that makes the calls. Hiring and training SDRs, listening to calls, coaching talk tracks by trade, and holding the line on meeting quality. A meeting counts when it passes the client's criteria and the client approves it, and you are the one who keeps that true across every account.
What you would do
Hire, onboard, and coach SDRs, one trade and one client account at a time
Review calls and booked meetings against each client's criteria, and fix the pattern behind a miss, not just the miss
Report meeting volume, approval rate, and no-show rate to clients and to the founder every week
You might be a fit if
You have managed an outbound team, know the difference between activity and pipeline, and have coached a rep from missing to hitting. You would rather listen to ten calls than read a dashboard about them.
You write the email that runs alongside the phone. Short, specific, and tied to the trigger: the permit that just cleared, the service agreement coming due, the new director of construction. Every sequence is written for one trade and one buyer, and judged on replies and booked meetings rather than open rates.
What you would do
Write and test trigger-based sequences for each client vertical, in the buyer's language
Pair with the GTM manager on segments and with the SDRs on what buyers actually say back
Keep deliverability and compliance clean: inbox warmup, unsubscribe language, and no spray-and-pray
You might be a fit if
You have written cold email that booked meetings and can show the sequence, the reply rate, and what you changed after. You write like a person, cut every wasted word, and know the difference between a facilities director and a property manager.
Fill out the form below. A LinkedIn profile or resume link is enough. Tell us about the work you have done that is closest to the role.
2
Intro Call
A short call with Jake, the founder, about what you have done and what the role looks like day to day.
3
Work Sample
SDRs and closers run a short mock call with us. The GTM, sales manager, and copywriter roles get a small, time-boxed task drawn from real work.
4
Decision
We tell you either way. If it is a yes, onboarding starts with the client program you will be working on.
