1. Program Description

Ignitvio LLC ("we," "our," "us") operates an automated SMS messaging service on behalf of home service businesses (including roofing, HVAC, and plumbing contractors). Messages sent through this program include:

  • Automated responses to missed phone calls to help schedule appointments
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Proposal and estimate follow-ups
  • Post-service check-ins and review requests

2. How You Opt In

All SMS communications require your explicit, affirmative consent before any message is sent. You may opt in through the following methods:

  1. Web form opt-in. On our website (and on participating business websites), you may submit a contact, audit, or booking form that includes a clearly labeled, unchecked consent checkbox. By checking that box and submitting the form with your mobile number, you affirmatively agree to receive SMS messages from Ignitvio for appointment scheduling, reminders, proposal follow-ups, and service updates.
  2. Online booking opt-in. When you book an appointment through a participating business's online scheduling page (e.g., Calendly), you provide your mobile number and affirmatively consent — as part of completing the booking — to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and related service messages from that business via Ignitvio.
  3. Direct enrollment by the business. If you are an existing customer of a participating business and have provided your mobile number directly to that business in connection with a quoted or scheduled service (verbally, on a signed estimate, or on a written service request form), the business may enroll you in service-related SMS for that specific job — including appointment confirmations, reminders, and post-service check-ins. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We do not send SMS based solely on an inbound phone call. A subsequent text response is sent only after one of the affirmative opt-in methods above has been completed.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. You may receive messages in response to your inquiries, as appointment reminders, and for post-service follow-up. Typical frequency is 2–6 messages per service interaction.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from that business through our platform.

7. Supported Carriers

We support all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their subsidiaries.

8. Privacy and Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may only be shared with service providers that help us deliver our SMS services (for example, our SMS delivery provider, Twilio).

9. Sample Messages

Below are examples of the kinds of messages you may receive after opting in. Actual content varies based on the participating business and the nature of your service request.

  • "Hi {name}, this is Ignitvio for ABC Roofing. We just missed your call — would you like to schedule a free estimate? Reply YES to book or STOP to opt out."
  • "Reminder: your appointment with ABC Roofing is tomorrow at 2:00 PM. Reply C to confirm, R to reschedule, or STOP to opt out."
  • "Hi {name} — following up on the proposal we sent for your roof replacement. Any questions? Reply here or call (555) 555-5555. Reply STOP to opt out."
  • "Thanks for choosing ABC Roofing! How did we do? Leave us a quick review: {review-link}. Reply STOP to opt out."

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
